Customs reviews email that has already been delivered to mailboxes you connect and provides an advisory verdict (clear / caution / malicious) with the reasons. It is a second opinion for your team, not a guarantee: a "clear" verdict means no red flags were found, not that a message is certified safe, and Customs does not replace your judgment on financial actions.
You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account, and you must have the authority to connect the mailboxes you add (for Microsoft 365, your administrator grants consent).
Paid plans bill monthly through Stripe. You can cancel any time from Account & settings — paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account moves to the Free plan. No partial-month refunds unless required by law. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.
Don't use Customs to violate the law, probe or disrupt the service, resell it without an agreement, or submit content you have no right to process.
You own your data. We process connected-mailbox content to produce verdicts as described in the Privacy Policy, and we delete your stored data when your account is deleted. Contact [email protected] to request deletion or export.
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, LabCMD is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Email fraud evolves constantly; no detection system catches everything.
We may update these terms (material changes announced by email with 30 days' notice) and may suspend accounts that violate them. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
